Background

Daniel Galitsky is a Manager at Resolution Economics LLC, an economics and statistics consulting firm with offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington, D.C., and New York. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Statistics and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Mr. Galitsky has experience consulting numerous clients to meet their pay equity goals using applied econometric methods to target key areas of concern and address them with pay adjustment algorithms. He has worked on engagements involving allegations of race and gender discrimination in compensation, hiring, termination, performance, promotion and other employment decisions. This experience has included proactive monitoring of potential disparities, OFCCP investigations, and litigation support for single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class action cases. His specialties include valuation of potential damages in wrongful termination claims as well as statistical analyses of employment data.

QUALIFIED VETERAN:

A “disabled veteran” is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or show citation box or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

“Other protected veterans” means veterans who served on active duty in the U.S. military during a war or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge is awarded.
