Emil Czechowski is a Senior Manager at Resolution Economics LLC, an economics and statistics consulting firm with offices in Los Angeles and Chicago. He is also the Head of the Research Assistant Internship program at Resolution Economics. He has a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University, and a Masters in Business Administration from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles. Prior to joining Resolution Economics, he was with Analysis Group, Inc., where he specialized in matters related to labor economics, commercial damages, and intellectual property, among others.

Mr. Czechowski has extensive experience in a wide range of litigation support and consulting, including: preparation of economic and statistical analysis in class action matters involving wage and hour issues, discrimination and general damages in a variety of industries, often involving large databases. He has also designed, managed, and analyzed numerous large-scale, nationwide surveys and observation studies in both litigation and consulting contexts, involving both in-person shadowing and video observation. He has also worked on analyzing job duties and operations.

Mr. Czechowski is a Practice Leader at Resolution Compliance, part of the Resolution Economics Group. Resolution Compliance is focused on assisting employers in managing their risks associated with employment litigation by providing a comprehensive analytical approach to monitoring compliance for companies. Mr. Czechowski has provided consulting services to clients in a number of industries related to wage and hours, FLSA, and EEO compliance.
