Background

Kaitlin Miller is a Director at Resolution Economics LLC, an economics and statistics consulting firm with offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington, D.C., New York, and Charlotte. She holds a B.S. in Economics and Mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Ms. Miller has experience in consulting within the context of labor and employment litigation across a variety of industries. She has provided statistical and qualitative support for matters involving employee compensation, meal and rest break compliance, employee classification, off-the-clock work and workplace discrimination. Her experience includes the use and interpretation of GPS data and timekeeping and payroll platforms, as well as the implementation of various programming languages such as SAS, Visual Basic, SQL and C++. She specializes in the design and preparation of complex damages models and the real-world contextualization of statistical analyses for wage and hour single-plaintiff and class action litigation..

QUALIFIED VETERAN:

“Other protected veterans” means veterans who served on active duty in the U.S. military during a war or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge is awarded.
