Resolution Economics Acquires Affirmative Action Plan and Other Services from Biddle Consulting Group

Resolution Economics, LLC (“Resolution Economics” or “ResEcon”) announced today that it has acquired the Affirmative Action Plan (“AAP”), DE&I, Pay Equity, and related training services (“the acquired practice groups”) of Biddle Consulting Group. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The pre-employment testing services of Biddle Consulting Group operating under the name TestGenius were not part of the acquisition.

Now entering its 26th year, Resolution Economics is a leading specialty consulting firm providing economic and statistical analysis to a variety of clients, including companies and law firms, with expertise in labor and employment matters, finance/forensic accounting analysis, artificial intelligence bias audits, life sciences, and affirmative action planning. In October 2022, Resolution Economics acquired Berkshire Associates, a leading provider of outsourced AAP consulting and software services, compensation analysis, equal employment opportunity (EEO) and other human resource compliance-related services.

The businesses acquired from Biddle are market leaders in EEO consulting, litigation support, and AAP outsourcing and software, and further build out the specialized services of the Berkshire Division. Patrick Nooren, Ph.D., will continue to lead the acquired practice groups which are headquartered in Folsom, California.

The acquired practice groups will also expand the ResEcon/Berkshire team of Industrial-Organizational Psychologists with advanced degrees.
