Resolution Compliance provides an innovative approach to compliance monitoring.  We are experts at not only analyzing various existing employee data and records, but we can collect and create data where none exists by utilizing our proprietary hardware and software know-how in order to create a complete labor code compliance picture for the employer.

 

First, working with our Clients, we identify what data is already available, and its relative accessibility.  Next, we review the available data and assess its usefulness in the context of each specific assignment.  We then combine, analyze and summarize the data is useful and available.  Some data is not typically collected by employers during the regular course of business, but can be a critical source of information in the wage and hour context.  In cases where no data exists, or no longer exists, we can collect and create it.
