Dr. Model is Director, Economics at Resolution Economics LLC. She received a B.A. in Economics Summa Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Economics from Harvard University. At Harvard her fields of concentration were econometrics and labor economics.

Experience
Prior to joining Resolution Economics, Dr. Model was Senior Consultant at National Economic Research Associates (NERA) in Los Angeles. Before that she was Associate Economist at the RAND Corporation in Santa Monica, California. Dr. Model has had her research published in the Journal of the American Statistical Association, Annals of Internal Medicine, and Inquiry. Dr. Model has extensive experience in the application of economic and statistical analysis related to matters of litigation. She has performed statistical and damages analyses in employment and antitrust matters. Dr. Model has been named as an expert witness in several matters and has provided expert testimony at deposition, in mediation, at arbitration, in California Superior Court and in New Mexico State Court.
