Paul White, Ph.D., Partner in our Labor & Employment practice in Washington, DC, is speaking at The Institute for Workplace Equality’s Fall Compliance Conference in Denver, CO. The conference will focus on OFCCP/EEOC updates on October 3rd, before turning to compensation challenges facing employers on October 4th.

 

Dr. White will first present alongside Mickey Silberman, Esq., of Fortney & Scott, LLC, on “CSALs and Audit Strategies for Success.” On the second day, Dr. White and Jon Geier, Esq., of Paul Hastings LLP, will discuss “UK and International Equal Pay Laws and Proactive Analysis.” Later, Dr. White will be joined by Chris Wilkinson, Esq., of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, as they examine “Strategic Issues When Conducting EEO Pay Studies.”
